Throughout the dystopian onset in which we find ourselves, there is very little that is not to one degree or another being monitored and controlled under the ever watchful eye of big brother. This control completely hinges on our very compliance, yet few have the courage to stand and defy the empire directive. This nation’s current state of control has never been more apparent than in modern medicine. Alternative medicine as a whole is seeing a massive increase as more awaken to the fact that this entire country has been usurped by corporate interests. Due to all of the courageous information warriors fighting to raise awareness and guiding the newly awakened in the right direction, we are truly seeing the early stages of a paradigm shift. Minds are opening and, for the first time, seeing this country’s history of medical manipulation through a clear lens. It began with the intentional and self-serving transformation of the medical industry by the Rockefellers and the Carnegies in the early 1900’s, from a field deeply tied to holistic practice, to one almost exclusively tethered to pharmaceutical drugs. These two families were heavily invested in the pharmaceutical industry and had every reason to not only eradicated holistic medicine, both as a practice and an ideal, but create an entire medical doctrine based on products they could exclusively control, that would become the foundation of this country’s medical education. // // We talked last week about lobbyists, and their wholly undemocratic existence, well the medical field has its own version of the lobbyist, and they are called pharmaceutical reps. These reps have the sole objective of convincing doctors to prescribe their company’s drugs. This would be despite any side-effects or shortcomings their drug might have compared to others. These reps are given the directive to use “perks” or “kickbacks” to essentially bribe the doctor to prescribe their drug, whether or not it’s necessary. Not all physicians are this petty and unprofessional, but to think, in this society, that it’s not rampant within an industry already proven to be somewhat corrupt, would be naïve. Yet, even the honest doctors out there have a profit motive to make certain morally ambiguous decisions that don’t necessarily cause immediate harm, but are simply unwarranted; for instance, prescribe an antibiotic when it would be unnecessary, in order to meet a certain quota that might send him to Cancun for a “Conference.” With the rise in awareness around alternative medicine, from CBD and THC-oil,
